Start a new post, choose "Add a document" and upload the PDF. LinkedIn then shows it as a carousel to scroll through.

When you start a new post, choose several photos and select the slides in the right order.
Can I change the text on the slides?
Yes. You can change every heading and text, and redraw the slides. That is free.
